Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes, but you can request to cancel it as soon as possible by contacting our customer support.
Should your order no longer be eligible for cancellation, the available two options are as follows:

2. Accept the delivery and proceed with a return via our return portal.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the reception of the goods, provided that the items are in their original condition.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the return . The timing is due to the quality control checks and the time for the bank to process the refund.

3. Print your packing slip out and follow the return instructions on the packing slip
4. Drop off your package at the nearest shipping carrier location or organize pick-up thanks to the email you will receive from the carrier.
5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund / exchange.

All Alpinestars products are covered under warranty for a period of time which lasts one (1) year from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid in the United States, and it covers the material and/or manufactory damages. The warranty does not cover all damages caused by the user and by the wear and tear.
