Kroozer Return Policies

Return Eligibility

    • New, Unused, and Unopened: Products must be in their original condition with all packaging intact.
    • 30-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Purchases from Kroozer

  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from kroozer.co.
  • For items purchased through local or online dealers, returns must be processed through the original purchase location.

Final Sale Items

  • Closeout and Clearance Items: All sales of closeout and clearance merchandise are final and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
    • An RMA number is required to return any item to Kroozer.

    • Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original condition to avoid damage during transit.
